Deep Dive into the Quality and Safety of LandVac Titanium Vacuum Insulated Glass
As a representative of high-performance energy-saving materials, LandVac titanium vacuum insulated glass has not only redefined building window and door standards with its excellent thermal and acoustic insulation properties but has also established a rigorous system for product quality consistency and safety. Relying on advanced intelligent manufacturing processes and scientific quality management, LandVac provides an ideal solution for modern architecture that integrates safety, durability, and comfort.
Q1: How should we understand the safety of LandVac vacuum insulated glass?
A: LandVac utilizes tempered glass in its production. It meets all safety glass requirements stipulated by national standards, including shot bag impact tests, bending strength tests, and surface stress tests. Due to the unique structure of vacuum glass, we can also integrate it into vacuum-laminated or vacuum-insulated (IGU) configurations to further enhance safety in specialized scenarios.
Q2: When vacuum glass undergoes deflection, how do the glass and micro-spacers behave? Is it safe?
A: When vacuum glass deflects, the two panes deform in coordination (similar to laminated glass). Our support pillars are made of elastic metal materials, which adapt to the glass deformation through their own elasticity/creep characteristics. Deflection within a certain range is safe; specific limits must be calculated in accordance with the industry standard, "Technical Specification for Application of Architectural Vacuum Glass."
Q3: How does LandVac ensure product quality consistency?
A: LandVac ensures quality consistency by strictly controlling the five dimensions of Man, Machine, Material, Method, and Environment:
Man: Standardized Operating Procedure (SOP) training and skill certification are mandatory for all production personnel to ensure uniform operations.
Machine: Equipped with automated production lines to minimize human intervention, integrated with precision inspection equipment to monitor quality throughout the process.
Material: We use high-quality raw glass sheets to establish a solid foundation for quality at the source.
Method: Adherence to the ISO9001 quality management system, supported by strict process control plans.
Environment: Production takes place in a Class 10,000 cleanroom, ensuring constant humidity and temperature to guarantee stable product performance.
Currently, LandVac is the only vacuum glass product in the industry to achieve mass application in the home appliance sector. In the renovation project of the Beijing Institute of Architectural Design's old building, LandVac has been in use for over seven years with zero spontaneous breakage, zero air leakage, and zero failures—fully validating the consistency and stability of LandVac quality.
